Does membership of MLACP provide a ‘top-up’ indemnity?

No. Only PhysioFirst and AACP network membership provide ‘top-up’ indemnity to their members for their entire physiotherapy work activities. If you are a member of either of these groups you will have already have network ‘top-up’. The Executive considered whether the MLACP membership would benefit from network ‘top-up’ but decided that the provision of the main CSP scheme was sufficient for needs of individual network member as a whole. Individual MLACP members remain able to make their own individual arrangements for ‘top-up’ if they wish.
